Crocheted Meditation Crosses:  The cross has always symbolized, for Christians, the fact that Jesus Christ died to redeem us from our sins and rose from the dead to go to His Father and prepare a place for us. This set of four crosses in different colors is meant to help you grow in Faith and love for Our Lord and His Blessed Mother.

The blue heart is a symbol of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Just as God is our Heavenly Father, she is our Mother and is a model of virtue and Faith for all to imitate.

The white cross symbolizes Purity, of mind, heart, and body. See Proverbs 31:30.

The red cross reminds us that Jesus shed His Precious Blood for us. See Luke 22:20

The purple cross symbolizes penitence and true contrition for sin.  See Romans 6:12-14

The green cross is for hope--hope and trust in God, and the new life we gain in Christ. See Romans 15:4-6

Pray that through Our Lord, His Blessed Mother, and all the angels and saints, you may always continue to grow in Faith and love of God.

These Crocheted Meditation Crosses have been created by a CFP member who spends five hours lovingly and prayerfully crocheting each set as shown. Each set comes with an explanation of the symbolic colors, as explained above.
